Teacher Leaders Accelerate Improvement
TLA develops teachers who confidently identify challenges, test solutions, analyze data, and scale successful practices that improve teaching and learning across the school. Importantly, they have a greater impact without leaving the profession. Teacher leadership is the key to accerlated, sustainable improvement work.
