Teacher Leaders Accelerate Improvement

TLA develops  teachers who confidently identify challenges, test solutions, analyze data, and scale successful practices that improve teaching and learning across the school. Most important, they are prepared to make measurable impact from their classroom. 

Program Highlights

• Duration: An 18-month leadership development experience requiring approximately 4–6 hours per month, including workshops, collaborative learning, coaching, and classroom-based improvement projects.
• Selection: Teachers are selected based on demonstrated leadership potential, a commitment to student success, and the capacity to influence and support colleagues.
• Ongoing Partnership: Graduates become part of the Schools That Lead network, providing your school with continued access to mentorship, collaboration, and a growing community of teacher leaders
